Terms of Use

Effective date: 2 September 2026

By using EasyFile, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Business productivity tools

EasyFile helps create documents, organise working records and convert certain files. It does not provide accounting, tax, payroll, legal, investment or financial advice and does not replace professional review.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for information you enter, calculation and export accuracy, legal and tax compliance, backups, and reviewing every document before it is issued or relied upon. You must have permission to process information entered into a module.

Acceptable use

You may not defeat access or referral controls, submit false referrals, interfere with security, distribute malware, infringe rights or use EasyFile for unlawful activity.

Local data and availability

Local-first modules may retain drafts only in your current browser. Browser resets, device changes or private mode can remove data. Keep independent copies of important records. Features may change or require network access.

Third parties

EasyFile may use or link to third-party libraries, advertising networks and websites. Their availability and practices are governed by their own terms and policies.

No warranties and liability

The service is provided as is and as available to the extent permitted by law. No guarantee is made that it is uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a statutory filing. To the extent permitted by law, maintainers are not liable for indirect loss, lost data, incorrect filings or decisions based on unchecked output.
