Privacy Policy
Effective date: 2 September 2026
Information stored in your browser
Most modules are local-first. Draft records, preferences and working data may be stored in your browser. This normally remains on your device unless you print, download, export or share it. Clearing site data may permanently remove local drafts.
Referral information
If you use referral access, the service may process the identifier or email address you provide, referral codes, qualifying-action status, timestamps and technical signals used to prevent duplicate or abusive referrals. This data is used to operate and protect the programme.
Bank statement converter
The converter is designed to process statement content in browser memory. Do not submit statement data through public support channels. Safeguard exports and verify converted rows against the source document.
Advertising and cookies
EasyFile uses Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve, personalise and measure ads, prevent fraud and report performance. Review advertising choices in Google My Ad Center and learn more in Google's partner-sites policy.
External services
Pages may load third-party libraries, fonts, advertising services or linked websites. Providers receive standard web-request information and apply their own privacy policies.
Your choices
You can remove local data through module controls or browser site-data settings. Export important records first. Requests about referral information can be submitted through the contact route and may require identity verification.

Submit privacy questions through the EasyFile issue tracker without including confidential information.
