What to include

Tell us which module you used, what you expected, what happened, and your browser and device type. Include a screenshot only after removing confidential information.

Protect your information

Do not post bank statements, identity numbers, passwords, referral identifiers, customer lists, payroll information or financial account details. Use a small fictional example.

Before reporting

Refresh the page, confirm your browser is current, and export important local data before clearing browser storage. For conversion errors, compare the row with the source and describe the bank layout without attaching the statement.

Independent service

EasyFile cannot support SARS e@syFile, a bank, Sage or another third-party product. Contact that organisation directly for its service.
