About EasyFile

EasyFile is a collection of practical browser-based tools for South African small businesses, independent professionals and operational teams. It helps people prepare everyday documents and records such as quotes, invoices, orders, receipts, job cards, customer records, stock lists and payroll working papers without requiring a heavyweight enterprise system.

What the service does

Each module focuses on a specific business task and provides structured fields, calculations, printable layouts and export options. The searchable workspace reduces repetitive administration while keeping the person using the tool in control of the final document and its accuracy.

Local-first by design

Most working records are stored in the user's browser. Clearing browser storage, changing devices or using private mode can remove local drafts. Users should export or print important records and retain them according to their own business requirements.

Useful, not authoritative

EasyFile provides productivity tools, not accounting, tax, payroll, legal or financial advice. Users remain responsible for checking calculations, wording, statutory requirements and imported data. Bank statement conversions must always be compared with the source statement before import.

EasyFile is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by SARS, SARS e@syFile, Sage, any bank or any other organisation named only to explain compatibility.
